Marketing & Events Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Events Manager to lead the development and execution of Pam Golding Properties Kenya’s brand strategy across the country. The role combines strategic marketing, digital communication, and event management to strengthen our luxury real‑estate presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee brand communications across digital, print, PR and social media, ensuring consistency in Nairobi, the Coast and commercial regions.
• Collaborate with divisional managers to support agent marketing, property launches and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Lead content planning, storytelling and website content, working with agencies to optimise digital performance and reach.
• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events and incentive trips, managing vendors, budgets, logistics and post‑event reporting.
• Support internal communications, agent recognition programmes and culture‑aligned initiatives.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, event ROI and budget adherence, providing regular performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, brand or events management, preferably within real‑estate, luxury or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic campaigns and high‑impact events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail and design.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
