About the role

Peaks Hotel is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive its brand presence and support sales initiatives. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies that attract both local and international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular market reports and analyse trends to inform decision‑making.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with hotel objectives.
• Coordinate promotional activities, advertising campaigns and digital content.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably within the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
