Marketing Executive

About the role

The Villa Rosa Kempinski hotel is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing. The role involves promoting the hotel and its outlets, ensuring brand compliance, and executing a range of marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the marketing office, including scheduling, filing, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing activities such as collateral production, promotions, advertising, and social media calendars.
• Maintain hotel listings in online and offline media and coordinate site inspections.
• Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns, both online and offline, and manage the guest database for mailings.
• Liaise with the F&B department to promote food and beverage outlets.
• Conduct market analysis, competition checks, and benchmarking regularly.
• Create presentations, giveaways, and collateral, and manage picture storage systems.
• Support the development and periodic updating of the hotel marketing budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communication, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic marketing principles and graphic/print terminology.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with creative software such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (preferred).
