Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will lead integrated marketing campaigns for the Hemingways Group, creating seasonal offers and promotional activities while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Nairobi and reports to senior marketing leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, monitor performance and optimise results.
• Create engaging content for digital, social, email and print channels, including copywriting and coordination of photography/videography shoots.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), develop content calendars and drive audience engagement.
• Plan, execute and optimise Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Design and run email marketing and CRM initiatives, track metrics and support guest loyalty programs.
• Identify, recruit and manage influencers and brand partners, overseeing campaign deliverables and ROI.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, analyse data and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain the group’s asset libraries and ensure brand standards are applied across all materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Strong content creation, copywriting and project management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Canva for design.
• Hands‑on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Social media management across major platforms.
