Marketing Executive

About the role

Kempinski Hotels, Europe’s oldest luxury hotel group, is seeking a Marketing Executive to support its Nairobi property. The role combines administrative assistance with hands‑on marketing activities, ensuring the hotel’s brand is consistently represented across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the marketing office, including scheduling, filing, and handling correspondence.
• Assist the Marketing Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, collateral, promotions, and advertising.
• Coordinate external photo‑shoots, edit content, manage social‑media calendars, and maintain online/offline hotel listings.
• Handle vendor invoices, act as billing contact, and support budget tracking.
• Liaise with F&B, PR, and creative agencies to promote hotel services and ensure brand compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communication or Marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing support role.
• Excellent oral and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of graphic and print terminology.
• Basic skills in creative software such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (preferred).
