Marketing Executive

About the role

Hemingways Hospitality Limited is looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing Executive to support and run marketing activities across the Group. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role covers campaigns, content, social media, Meta advertising, email marketing and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong content creation skills, a passion for hospitality and travel and the ability to handle several projects at once.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal offers and packages, and keep a promotional calendar; monitor performance and suggest improvements.
• Create content for digital, social, email and print channels, write copy and coordinate photography and videography projects.
• Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), content calendars, reels and stories, and track engagement.
• Plan, run and optimise Meta advertising campaigns, report on KPIs and give recommendations.
• Run email marketing campaigns, support segmentation and guest retention and loyalty initiatives.
• Identify and manage influencers and brand partners, including their stays and content, and track ROI.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports, analyse performance and monitor competitors.
• Maintain the group's photography, video and marketing asset library.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar marketing role.
• Desirable: experience in luxury hospitality, tourism or travel, and in managing influencer campaigns.
