Marketing Executive & Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking motivated Marketing Executives / Sales Persons to promote and sell IT technology products that are integrated with weighing scales, weighing systems, and related automation solutions. The role involves identifying potential customers, planning marketing visits, and supporting sales growth within assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and carry out marketing visits to promote and sell the organization’s products and services.
• Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities for IT‑based weighing scale solutions and related systems.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Analyze market research findings and recommend suitable sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular follow‑ups, product demonstrations, quotations, and coordination of after‑sales support.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies that attract customers while ensuring profitability.
• Recommend advertising and promotional channels, including digital media, direct marketing, field visits, and referrals.
• Support advertising and promotional activities, including negotiating arrangements where necessary.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports covering visits, leads, quotations, sales closed, service requirements, and market feedback.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Operations Manager and support the sales team in achieving company targets.
• Follow company guidelines for timely reporting of activities, feedback, sales, and service requirements.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive image when dealing with customers, partners, and the public.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Motivated and proactive attitude toward sales and marketing activities.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyse findings.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits within the assigned territory.
