About the role

L'Oreal Group is looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support its regional marketing activities in Kenya. This 3‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in a global cosmetics leader, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team with campaign planning and execution.
• Prepare reports on market trends, sales performance and promotional activities.
• Support office administration tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
• Contribute ideas for new product launches and brand communication.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Required profile

• Current or recent graduate (2023‑2025) with a Bachelor’s degree.
