Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead digital marketing, social media, influencer, and sponsorship activities for Kadiplay, Zuriplay and other Group platforms. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of campaigns, on‑ground activations and performance reporting across all active markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple platforms, managing the daily marketing calendar.
• Own social media channels, create content plans, manage community interactions and maintain brand voice.
• Coordinate influencer outreach, briefings, content production and performance tracking.
• Manage sponsorship relationships, including Umoja Basketball, ensuring deliverables and joint promotions.
• Plan and run on‑ground activations, handling logistics, budget and staffing.
• Track registrations, page views and engagement; flag under‑performing areas and propose corrective actions.
• Provide daily priority updates and maintain transparent communication in the team chat.
• Collaborate closely with Directors and cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketing professional with at least 36 months of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
