Marketing Manager – NGO

About the role

Green Heart is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead multi‑channel campaigns, strengthen brand visibility and generate qualified demand for its programmes. You will work closely with the Community Manager, Marketing Assistant, Sales, Experience and Operations teams to turn business priorities into effective marketing actions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute demand‑generation campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and monitor performance against lead‑quality metrics.
• Manage and coach the Community Manager and Marketing Assistant, setting priorities, providing feedback and fostering independent work.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to improve lead nurturing, qualification and hand‑over processes.
• Oversee content production for social, email and blog, ensuring a consistent Green Heart voice and editorial quality.
• Maintain the WordPress website, implement SEO priorities and coordinate technical fixes and tracking integrations.
• Produce up‑to‑date sales materials (brochures, flyers, information sheets) and ensure product information is accurate across all channels.
• Turn partnerships, events and referral opportunities into coordinated marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on marketing experience with a proven record of delivering campaigns and managing competing priorities.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing junior team members.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to edit copy and spot inaccurate or generic messaging.
• Analytical mindset: able to interpret results, make recommendations and follow through with suppliers.

• WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics and Search Console.
• CRM and email‑marketing platforms for lead generation and nurturing.
