Marketing Officer – Mental Wellness Services

About the role

The Marketing Officer will lead the promotion of Oasis Healthcare Group's Mental Wellness Services. You will design and execute targeted campaigns that raise awareness, drive referrals, and increase service utilization across Nairobi and other group facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for mental wellness services.
• Design and launch targeted campaigns to boost awareness and referrals.
• Coordinate branding, positioning, and promotion across all group locations.
• Identify and forge strategic partnerships with corporates, schools, insurers, community groups, and healthcare providers.
• Lead outreach, community engagement, and awareness initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, and content creation to enhance visibility.
• Conduct market research, monitor trends, and analyse competitor activity.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to create accurate service propositions and marketing materials.
• Track performance metrics, referral trends, and campaign effectiveness, reporting insights to management.
• Represent the service line at relevant events, forums, and professional platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, mental health, rehabilitation or a service‑oriented environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across group facilities.
