Marketing Operations Manager – AI & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Operations Manager who will design, build, and scale AI‑powered marketing systems that eliminate manual work and accelerate the entire marketing organization. The role is fully remote, aligned with CET working hours, and partners with growth, CRM, creative, influencer, and brand teams.

Key responsibilities

• Embed across multiple marketing functions to diagnose bottlenecks and prioritize high‑impact automation opportunities.
• Own the marketing operating rhythm, including campaign brief intake, planning cadences, post‑campaign reviews, and weekly performance reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain the marketing automation ecosystem using tools such as Claude Code, Trigger.dev, Hookdeck, and n8n.
• Automate workflows for reporting, campaign QA, asset routing, lead management, and lifecycle automation.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Lead to enhance data infrastructure and produce executive‑level reporting.
• Measure each initiative against tangible outcomes (hours saved, cycle‑time reduction, error‑rate improvement, faster decision‑making).
• Document new processes, train teams, and ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing operations, process optimisation, and automation implementation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross‑functionally and train non‑technical stakeholders.
