Sales & Marketing Interns (5 Positions)

About the role

Maesio Pharmaceuticals Ltd is hiring five Sales and Marketing interns in Nairobi for a three-month programme. The intern works across sales, marketing and customer engagement to promote pharmaceutical and medical supplies, strengthen the company's online presence and turn customer enquiries into orders. No prior experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales cycle, from qualifying customer leads to following up on enquiries
• Work towards monthly sales objectives and help progress opportunities
• Support negotiations and contracting with the team
• Create engaging marketing campaigns and improve website product listings
• Use digital tools to connect with customers and communicate product value

Required profile

• Diploma, bachelor's degree or higher qualification
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili
• Creativity, initiative and the ability to work independently
• A curious, organised approach to solving problems and following through
• Nice to have: a degree in healthcare or marketing, strong IT skills and an understanding of healthcare products and customer needs

Required skills
