Marketing & Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our team in Nairobi’s Westlands district. The role focuses on building and maintaining our online presence across multiple platforms while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and other channels.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging posts, reels and short‑form videos.
• Monitor trends, respond to comments and messages, and produce basic performance reports.
• Design graphics, posters and marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, email marketing and online promotions.
• Conduct simple market and competitor research to inform content strategy.
• Ensure brand consistency and support product or service launches.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Up to two years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Portfolio of previous work is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
