Mathematics Teacher – Key Stage 3 to A Level

About the role

Kitengela International Schools is seeking an experienced Mathematics teacher to deliver Key Stage 3 through A Level curricula. The successful candidate will join a vibrant international community, fostering a love of mathematics and supporting student achievement across secondary levels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess mathematics lessons for Key Stage 3, IGCSE and A Level students.
• Develop engaging lesson materials and adapt resources to meet diverse learning needs.
• Monitor and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development and school-wide academic initiatives.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant mathematics teaching experience, preferably in a BIC international school.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education with a specialization in Mathematics.
• Valid Teacher Service Commission (TSC) certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of child safeguarding and protection practices.
