Media Buyer

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Media Buyer to plan, launch, optimise and report on paid social campaigns across Meta platforms. You will work closely with account and creative teams to ensure campaigns meet brand and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute paid media campaigns for objectives such as awareness, engagement, traffic, leads and conversions on Facebook and Instagram.
• Set up campaigns, manage budgets, pacing and daily optimisation.
• Develop audience strategies using interest‑based, custom, lookalike and retargeting audiences.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to recommend ad formats and messaging improvements.
• Monitor performance daily, provide optimisation recommendations and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights.
• Track key metrics including reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM, conversions and ROAS.
• Support media planning by advising on budgets, placements and timelines.
• Stay current on platform updates, ad policies and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Analytical, proactive and detail‑oriented with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment across multiple brands.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager (minimum 2 years).
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, placements, targeting and optimisation.
• Proficiency in reporting using Meta reports, spreadsheets or dashboards.
