Member of Technical Staff - AI Engineering (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to join a global technology leader and drive the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models at scale. This fully remote position focuses on high‑performance inference systems and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to embed AI capabilities into production services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines, covering model training, inference optimization, and automated deployment.
• Build and maintain high‑performance computing infrastructure for AI workloads, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Partner with software engineers to integrate AI models into production applications and services.
• Apply optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and hardware acceleration to improve model performance.
• Research and adopt cutting‑edge AI/ML methods to enhance system efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Familiarity with distributed computing tools such as Apache Spark or Dask.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of model deployment tools (ONNX, TensorRT) and inference optimization techniques.
