Mid-Level Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Developer to design, build, and support web applications, automation solutions, and AI‑enabled tools that improve the efficiency of our internal teams and clients. The role is ideal for a developer who has moved beyond entry‑level tasks and is ready to own meaningful technical work while continuing to grow in judgment and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Contribute new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and usability improvements for internal and client‑facing solutions.
• Support applications that manage data, documents, workflows, and business processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, integrations, and environments.
• Participate in automation and AI projects that reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, project stakeholders, and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Assist with testing, deployment, release validation, and post‑release support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional experience building and supporting web or business applications.
• Ability to manage assigned work with moderate independence and consistent follow‑through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
