Middle/Senior PMO - Deployment & Release Management

About the role

The role oversees and coordinates application deployment and release activities across multiple teams and vendors, ensuring smooth and timely production releases. It suits a candidate with strong coordination skills and good English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate application deployment schedules across multiple teams and vendors
• Assess deployment readiness, dependencies and potential impacts before each release
• Lead deployment coordination meetings, go/no-go reviews and release execution activities
• Monitor deployment progress, manage issues and coordinate stakeholders during release windows
• Manage customer-facing splash page activation and deactivation during deployments
• Align deployment schedules with business operations, production readiness and quality validation activities
• Maintain effective communication between development, QA, operations, external vendors and business stakeholders

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in IT PMO, Release Management or Deployment Coordination
• Proven experience coordinating complex application deployments across multiple environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and meeting facilitation skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and external vendors
• Good written and verbal English

Required skills

• Release planning, scheduling, dependency tracking and risk management
• Nice to have: CI/CD and automated deployment experience, enterprise or manufacturing IT background, knowledge of production quality validation, familiarity with Jira, Confluence or ServiceNow
