MIS Analyst – Business Intelligence & ERP Administration

About the role

The Management Information Systems (MIS) Analyst will support Oriental Mills Ltd by turning raw operational data into actionable insights. Working closely with the finance and operations teams, you will design, develop and maintain BI dashboards and MIS reports that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Export data from Tally ERP or comparable ERP systems and ensure accurate data flow.
• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and MIS reports for management.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data from multiple business functions.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and ensure timely distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitor data quality, integrity and consistency across reporting systems.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support strategic planning and performance analysis.
• Administer Tally ERP and other business systems, managing master data, user access and report customisation.
• Coordinate ERP upgrades, testing and implementation of new modules.
• Troubleshoot ERP‑related issues and liaise with software vendors as required.

Required profile

• Minimum of one month experience with Tally ERP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data from various functions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
