Mombasa HW Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to handle daily inquiries for our household and hardware product lines in Mombasa. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous assistance and that their issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day customer inquiries, feedback, and service requests across phone, email and chat channels.
• Guide customers through product specifications, assist with order processing, track deliveries and handle after‑sales service requests.
• Resolve complaints or product issues by coordinating with logistics, technical support and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate logs of interactions, inquiries and resolutions in the company system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Open to candidates of any experience level; prior customer‑service or household/hardware experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a patient, customer‑first attitude.
