About the role
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will lead the monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) framework for the Jiinue Growth Program (JGP) at KEPSA. The role ensures that data collection is accurate, analysis is timely, and reporting is evidence‑based to track programme progress and impact. KEPSA is the apex body for the private sector in Kenya, representing over 2 million businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the M&E and learning framework for JGP.
- Design and implement data collection tools and processes.
- Oversee field data collection and ensure data quality.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to produce regular progress reports.
- Provide evidence‑based recommendations to programme staff and stakeholders.
- Support learning activities and incorporate findings into programme improvements.
- Ensure compliance with donor and internal reporting requirements.
