Motorbike Sales Representative – Kiambu

About the role

Motorbike Sales Representatives (MSRs) will travel across Kiambu and surrounding areas to promote client brands, conduct roadshows, and drive product sales. The role combines field merchandising with direct customer engagement, requiring a strong sales mindset and the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers while riding a motorbike.
• Execute roadshows, product demonstrations and merchandising activities.
• Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Plan daily routes to maximise coverage and efficiency.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and provide feedback to the management team.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation.

Required profile

• Age 24 years or older.
• Minimum three (3) years of riding experience with a valid driver’s licence.
• KCSE certificate; preferably a certificate in Sales/Marketing or at least two (2) years as a Field Sales Representative or Merchandiser.
• Excellent communication, confident and persuasive presentation skills.
• Presentable, flexible with time and location, and disciplined with a strong sense of integrity.
• Tech‑savvy, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
