Multiple Engineering & Operations Roles – Lamu Oil Refinery Project

About the role

Recruitment Giant Ltd is seeking qualified professionals to join the Lamu Oil Refinery & Petrochemical Project in Kenya. The positions span engineering, construction, marine operations, logistics and support functions, offering the chance to contribute to one of the country’s largest industrial developments.

Key responsibilities

• Support design, installation, commissioning and operation of refinery and petrochemical facilities.
• Participate in construction, mechanical, electrical and civil works on‑site.
• Maintain equipment reliability, perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot process issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and contractors to meet project schedules.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or proven experience in engineering, technical trades or operations.
• Background in oil & gas, refining, petrochemicals, EPC/EPCM or large‑scale manufacturing projects.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lamu County and adapt to project requirements.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge in the specific discipline applied for (e.g., mechanical, electrical, process, civil, instrumentation, marine operations, logistics, etc.).
