NGIS Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Amentum is seeking an NGIS Housekeeping Supervisor to support a U.S. Navy program on Diego Garcia. The role oversees housekeeping and custodial operations for Navy Gateway Inns and Suites, ensuring cleanliness, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage housekeeping and custodial staff to meet NGIS standards.
• Coordinate daily cleaning schedules, common‑area maintenance, and inventory restocking.
• Utilize a hotel property management system (PMS) to track room readiness and occupancy.
• Inspect rooms and facilities before guest occupancy and resolve any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial administration.
• At least one (1) year of college‑level education in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
• Valid passport with at least one year remaining and ability to obtain required visas and security clearances.
• Ability to meet medical, security, and deployment requirements for a remote overseas location.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage multi‑functional teams.
