Online Social Media Manager, Presenter and Videographer

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Online Social Media Manager who will also act as presenter and videographer. The role combines content creation, live‑stream sales, and community engagement to grow our TikTok and Facebook presence in Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update official TikTok and Facebook accounts, plan content calendars and publish product‑focused short videos.
• Design and host localized live‑stream sales events, creating scripts and special campaigns aligned with local festivals.
• Shoot, edit, add soundtracks and subtitles to short product videos, producing original content that resonates with African aesthetics.
• Respond promptly to comments, private messages and fan inquiries, maintaining community engagement and converting leads.
• Collect and analyse daily/weekly metrics (views, likes, follower growth, transaction volume) and optimise content and broadcast strategies.
• Collaborate with local influencers, KOLs and the sales team to turn online traffic into offline orders.

Required profile

• Local Diploma or higher in New Media, Marketing, E‑commerce or related fields (experience can waive education).
• Fluent in English and the local language, able to conduct bilingual live streams and copywriting.
• At least 12 months of experience with TikTok/Facebook operations, short‑video editing and live‑stream sales; fresh graduates with strong video editing skills are welcome.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile and computer video‑editing tools.
• Hands‑on experience managing TikTok and Facebook pages.
• Live‑stream production and on‑camera presentation abilities.
