Operations Manager

About the role

As an Operations Manager at Athena, you will act as the critical bridge between our members and their Executive Partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and high‑impact support. You will help scale the infrastructure that enables elite partnerships across multiple countries and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong partnerships by understanding member goals and anticipating needs.
• Align Executive Partner capabilities with member priorities to drive mutual success.
• Identify and act on opportunities to deepen relationships and improve service delivery.
• Manage escalations, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and ensure continuous coverage.
• Prioritize Athena’s business interests while seeking win‑win outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10‑15 Executive Partners, setting clear goals and tracking performance.
• Drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and enhance member satisfaction globally.
• Navigate cultural nuances across diverse regions and time zones.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of operations and people‑management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with foreign stakeholders, preferably U.S. partners.
• Police clearance readily available.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Strong background in client‑relationship management and coaching.
