Operations Manager

About the role

Our client, a premium aesthetics, wellness and regenerative care clinic in Nairobi, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities across all departments. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency, high‑quality customer service and supporting the clinic’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient resource utilisation.
• Provide direction and supervision to departmental teams, set targets and monitor KPIs.
• Review and improve existing procedures to enhance productivity.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client care.
• Support budgeting, cost control and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, training and performance issues with department heads.
• Prepare operational reports, analyse trends and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple departments and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and people‑management capabilities.
• Experience with budgeting, cost management and resource planning.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
