About the role
The company, a growing detergents manufacturer, seeks a proactive Operations Officer to coordinate daily operations and logistics, ensuring timely movement of goods and efficient resource use.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational and logistics activities, including export documentation.
- Monitor dispatches, deliveries, and movement of goods while liaising with Stores, Sales, Production, and Finance.
- Support fleet and transport coordination and track operational efficiency and costs.
- Identify and resolve emerging operational issues and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG or distribution.
- Strong coordination, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
