Operator - Logistics Planning & Documentation (CAD/CAM – GLC)

About the role

We are looking for an Operator to manage logistics planning and documentation for CAD/CAM projects within our GLC division. The role ensures accurate stock handling, customs processing, and invoice management while supporting the supply chain of CFAO and ANT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Upload chassis data and create purchase orders in TALO/CAD/CAM and SAP.
• Receive goods, process invoices (port, warehouse, accessory, transport, ANT) and verify against tariff cards or LPOs.
• Conduct monthly stock takes, audit CFAO stocks, and reconcile inventory after counts.
• Handle customs duty payments, validate customs agent declarations and prepare payment requests with detailed cost breakdowns.
• Plan and track logistics in line with CFAO sales and operations, monitoring intermediate vehicle movements using the ANT Yard Management System.
• Manage and archive all logistics documents using SPOT, EDOC and other approved systems.
• Act as a super‑user for onsite systems (Yard Management, Synertrade, TALO, ANATA) and lead their deployment and maintenance.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in C & F responsibilities, stock handling and customs documentation.
• Proven experience with SAP, TALO, CFAO processes and invoice processing.
