Outbound Sales Development Representative – MEA

About the role

SOCRadar is looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative to join its Middle East & Africa (MEA) team. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, helping to generate and qualify new business opportunities for the company’s advanced cyber‑threat intelligence solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across the MEA region using cold calls, email campaigns, social media and networking events.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they match SOCRadar’s target profile.
• Present the features, benefits and value of SOCRadar’s XTI platform to decision‑makers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑level executives, IT managers and security professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and manage the early‑stage sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities and support joint sales initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date on cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies.
• Meet or exceed targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong motivation for technology and cybersecurity sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
