About the role
The school is seeking a dedicated P1 Teacher to join its team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be responsible for creating a dynamic, learner‑centered environment that supports the academic growth of primary students. This full‑time position offers the chance to contribute to a vibrant educational community.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, learner‑centered lessons in the assigned subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, examinations, and continuous assessments.
- Monitor, assess, and report learners' academic progress.
- Maintain accurate class records and student performance data.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Participate actively in co‑curricular activities and school programmes.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school management to support learner success.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the school administration.
Required profile
- Mid‑level teaching experience (minimum 2 years).
