Paid Social Media Strategist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Paid Social Media Strategist to lead ROI‑focused advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X and other platforms. The role is fully remote and involves owning a client portfolio, optimizing targeting, and continuously improving performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X and additional platforms.
• Conduct audience research to define target demographics, interests and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
• Plan, allocate and manage paid media budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and CPA.
• Implement A/B testing for ad copy, visuals and landing pages.
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with SEO, content and account management teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
• Explore new paid social opportunities, emerging platforms, ad formats and targeting options.
• Track competitor strategies and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct monthly campaign evaluation and reporting.

Required profile

• Proactive, outgoing and data‑driven mindset.
• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns for multiple clients.
• Ability to own a client list and drive performance improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; additional digital marketing experience is a plus.
