About the role
Maseno University is seeking a qualified individual to join its faculty as a Part‑Time Lecturer in Real Estate Finance. The successful candidate will deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses, contribute to curriculum development, and support the university’s commitment to academic excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and assess lectures and tutorials in Real Estate Finance.
- Prepare and grade assignments, examinations, and other assessment tools.
- Maintain educational quality control and assurance standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings, research activities, and academic events.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field.
- Professional finance qualifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to teach at the university level.
