Partner Sales Manager

About the role

The Partner Sales Manager will lead Temenos’ partner channel across Africa, identifying and onboarding new introducers, resellers and distributors. Reporting to the Regional Partner Director and working closely with the AFR New Business Sales Director, you will drive pipeline generation and revenue growth for Temenos’ multi‑product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and evaluate potential sales partners, define target accounts, markets and product focus.
• Onboard new partners and organise sales‑enablement sessions to equip them with Temenos solutions.
• Act as the primary sales manager for partner‑driven opportunities, expanding Temenos’ reach into identified markets.
• Establish and maintain regular cadence with partners, including weekly calls, pipeline reviews and joint forecasting.
• Support partners through sales planning, RFP responses and pre‑sales processes, providing technical and sales training as needed.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track quarterly forecasts and ensure accurate revenue reporting.
• Liaise between partners and Temenos solution groups to align product offerings with market needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partner or channel sales within the technology or financial services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and manage a sales pipeline and meet quarterly targets.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with introducers, resellers and distributors.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities across cross‑functional teams.
