Partnerships Engagement Associate

About the role

The Partnerships Engagement Associate will support the AHAIC 2027 Partnerships team throughout the partner‑engagement cycle, assisting with sponsor follow‑up, correspondence, onboarding and delivery of agreed benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Support outreach and follow‑up with prospective sponsors, draft correspondence, proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate partner meetings, track actions and maintain a benefits tracker.
• Liaise with the Professional Conference Organizer and internal workstreams to ensure partner requirements are captured and delivered.
• Serve as primary contact for partners during the conference, monitor benefit delivery and handle post‑conference close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, communications or public health.
• 1‑2 years experience in partnerships, fundraising, sponsorship or event coordination.
• Experience working with corporate partners, foundations or international organisations is desirable.

Required skills

• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
