Partnerships Success Lead

About the role

The Partnerships Success Lead stewards Turaco’s partnerships in Kenya, nurturing relationships, ensuring operational speed, process integrity, and delivering exceptional partner value.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep, trusted relationships with partners at all levels and act as the primary liaison.
• Coordinate partnership launches, product rollouts and resolve partner challenges quickly.
• Work with Marketing and Commercial teams to plan activations that increase awareness and adoption.
• Track partner performance, identify declines in GWP or uptake, and develop recovery plans.
• Lead market intelligence, keep the Commercial team informed on competitors, pricing and regulatory changes.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection and represent Turaco professionally in Kenya.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years experience with MFIs, micro‑finance, fintech or asset‑finance organisations.
• Fluency in English and deep operational familiarity with financial inclusion ecosystems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage C‑suite and frontline teams.
• Strong analytical and presentation ability, comfortable with data‑driven storytelling.

Required skills

• Experience in B2B or Partnerships Management within financial services.
• Process‑driven operational control and account management expertise.
• Collaborative team leadership and stakeholder communication.
