Part‑Time Lecturer – Contemporary Issues in Business & IT

About the role

Maseno University is seeking a part‑time lecturer to deliver courses on contemporary issues in business and information technology. The successful candidate will join the Faculty of Business and ICT to provide high‑quality instruction and contribute to curriculum development.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials and seminars on business and IT topics.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams and projects.
• Stay current with emerging trends in business and technology and integrate them into teaching material.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees and accreditation activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics (or a closely related discipline).
• Demonstrated ability to teach at the tertiary level.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
