Part‑time Peer Reviewer – Oral Medicine (PhD)

About the role

We are seeking experienced researchers with a PhD in Oral Medicine or a related discipline to join our editorial team as part‑time peer reviewers. This remote, long‑term position allows you to contribute to the scientific community by evaluating manuscripts submitted to a reputable journal.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the novelty and scientific contribution of each manuscript.
• Evaluate study design, methodology, and reproducibility.
• Check literature coverage and citation of recent relevant work.
• Analyze results, conclusions, and ethical compliance.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations for acceptance, revision, or rejection.

Required profile

• Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent in Oral Medicine or a closely related field.
• At least five peer‑reviewed publications in SCI/SSCI journals within the past three years.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Prior experience as a journal peer reviewer is highly desirable.
