Patient Liaison Executive (Freelance) – Kenya

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Collaboration Freelancer to build and manage partnerships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare consultants in Kenya, facilitating patient referrals to advanced treatment centres in India and the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard doctors, clinics, and medical consultants in Kenya.
• Establish long‑term collaboration agreements for patient referrals to India & UAE.
• Explain treatment options, hospital choices, costs and success rates to partner doctors.
• Act as a communication bridge between international doctors, patients and Indian hospitals.
• Coordinate patient medical records, reports and treatment plans with Indian specialists.
• Assist in managing the patient journey from pre‑treatment consultation through travel support to post‑treatment follow‑up.

Required profile

• Background in healthcare, medical tourism, hospital marketing or medical sales.
• Strong network or experience working with doctors or healthcare providers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of major treatments in India (cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics, neurology, transplants, IVF, etc.).
• Comfortable working on a commission or performance‑based model.

Required skills

• Ability to explain complex medical processes clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of international healthcare systems (a plus).
