Medical Representative – CRM

About the role

The Medical Representative – CRM will drive pharmaceutical sales growth through value‑based engagement with healthcare professionals, using data‑driven territory planning and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Drive competitive sales growth by identifying high‑potential customers through data analysis and prioritising HCPs who influence prescription decisions.
• Engage healthcare professionals in value‑based conversations, both in‑person and virtually, to understand their challenges and tailor engagement journeys.
• Build and maintain relationships with opinion leaders and medical influencers, delivering customer‑centric experiences that go beyond clinical differentiation.
• Gather deep customer insights, translate feedback into actionable plans, and share intelligence with internal teams to shape content and campaigns.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross‑functional teams to design solutions that address unmet patient needs and ensure ethical conduct.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, preferably within the cardiovascular therapeutic area.
• Strong knowledge of the pharma industry and its evolving environment.
• Demonstrated achievement orientation, self‑motivation and a customer‑service mindset.
