About the role
We are seeking a Payroll Tax Associate to work directly with US‑based teams, supervisors and clients. The role supports tax filings, reconciliations, compliance, review of tax notices and resolution of discrepancies.
Key responsibilities
- Process payments and filings related to payroll taxes.
- Prepare tax filings and payroll tax reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve tax notices, discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations.
- Provide support to clients and internal teams regarding payroll tax inquiries.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, reconciliations, auditing, financial operations or financial BPO.
- Technical training or studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Payroll, Taxation or related fields.
- English proficiency at B2+ level for communication with US clients and supervisors.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
