Performance Marketing Specialist – Google & Meta

About the role

Vitu Zote Supplies Ltd, a leading Kenyan retailer of home and kitchen products, is expanding its digital business. The company seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimise paid acquisition on Google and Meta platforms, driving profitable online revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Analyse keywords, bids, audiences and product groups to maximise ROI.
• Maintain and improve the Google Merchant Center feed, ensuring product data quality.
• Develop, launch and optimise Meta catalogue and sales campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, including prospecting and retargeting.
• Test campaign structures, bidding strategies, landing pages and creative assets.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce and creative teams as the internal paid‑media expert.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Hands‑on experience managing Google and Meta paid campaigns.
• Ability to interpret performance data at campaign, SKU and category level.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑moving e‑commerce environment.
