About the role

Oshwal Academy, a private international school in Nairobi, is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support its administrative and academic operations. The role combines office management with support for teaching activities, ensuring smooth daily functioning of the school.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise document and archive systems.
• Handle general office administration, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Coordinate email communications and manage incoming inquiries.
• Assist teachers with exam preparation, grading and educational testing logistics.
• Support classroom control and authority, ensuring a disciplined learning environment.
• Provide management support for school projects and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
• Minimum of four years teaching experience, preferably with the British National Curriculum.
• Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• Senior‑level experience (at least five years in relevant roles).
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
