Pharmacy Sales Representative – Mt. Kenya

About the role

Our client, a global leader in Consumer Health, is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Sales Representative to grow their presence in the Mount Kenya region. The role involves promoting, selling and merchandising a portfolio of consumer health and OTC products across pharmacy channels.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a portfolio of leading consumer health and OTC products, meeting sales targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and other pharmacy staff.
• Conduct market assessments, track competitor activity and provide strategic recommendations.
• Deliver in‑store training and Lunch & Learn sessions (minimum six per month).
• Coordinate 3rd‑party merchandising teams to ensure optimal shelf visibility and availability.
• Submit accurate sales reports and ensure compliance with CRM and digital reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical, Paramedical or FMCG‑related fields.
• 1–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, OTC or FMCG sales with a proven record of meeting targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems such as FSFA or Veeva.
