Pharmacy Study Officer (On‑site, Turkwel)

About the role

The Pharmacy Study Officer will work full‑time on‑site in Turkwel, supporting pharmacy‑related research and program activities for Global Health System Alliance. The role involves coordinating study protocols, managing study medications, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pharmacy study protocols and assist with data collection and documentation.
• Manage study medication inventory, dispensing processes, and maintain accurate medication logs.
• Engage with study participants, provide clear information on procedures, and monitor medication use and outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical and research teams, report findings timely, and contribute to quality‑assurance and safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Formal training in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences (diploma or degree) and eligibility to practice under national regulations.
• Experience in clinical research, health programmes, or study coordination within a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet study timelines.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Turkwel and adapt to local conditions and community needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data entry, documentation, and record‑keeping for study‑related information.
