Photographer / Videographer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Photographer/Videographer to capture high‑quality visual content of our precast concrete products, manufacturing processes and construction projects. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to create compelling imagery for digital channels and promotional material.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality photographs and videos of products, manufacturing processes, construction sites and completed projects.
• Produce engaging visual content for social media, website, digital marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots at factories, client sites, exhibitions and company events.
• Edit photos and videos using professional software to create marketing‑ready assets for various digital platforms.
• Organise, catalogue and maintain a digital library of image and video assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative campaigns that showcase our products and projects.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual content.
• Operate and maintain photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, gimbals and drones.

Required profile

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Photography, Videography, Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial photography/videography experience.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel to project sites across Kenya.
• Independent, deadline‑driven with excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; physically fit for outdoor and construction site environments.
