Pipeline Builder (Recruitment Sourcing)

About the role

Oasis Outsourcing is looking for a proactive, results-driven Pipeline Builder in Nairobi (on-site) to support its recruitment efforts by identifying, engaging and nurturing qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. The role suits sourcing professionals who enjoy fast-paced environments and connecting talent with career opportunities. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with availability from 4:00 PM until 1:00 AM, and requires advanced English (B2+/C1).

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume, niche and recurring positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
• Maintain accurate databases of active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring needs and target profiles.
• Track sourcing activities, pipeline health and recruitment metrics.
• Develop sourcing strategies and stay informed on labour market trends and sourcing best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience building and managing talent pipelines independently.
• Strong research, sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Preferred: experience with high-volume projects, specialised or hard-to-fill roles, and knowledge of talent mapping.
