Platform Engineer - Operations

Key responsibilities

• Partner with multidisciplinary teams and clients to define project needs and drive work forward.
• Set and uphold design thinking standards, ship deliverables, create design guidelines and codify best practices.
• Concept, iterate, prototype and test solutions that are strategic, elegant and simple.
• Analyze complex systems, distill insights and develop inventive, experimental solutions.
• Ground design decisions in deep client understanding and leverage strategic insights to expand creative opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading teams that deliver high‑impact digital products and experiences.
• Experience managing, training and mentoring design teams, providing clear direction.
• Ability to navigate cross‑disciplinary collaboration and unblock difficult challenges.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills to convey process, approach and impact.
