About the role

We are a well‑established real estate developer in Nairobi seeking an experienced Plumbing Team Foreman to lead our on‑site plumbing crew. The role involves supervising daily tasks, ensuring quality installations, and maintaining safety standards across all plumbing works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and allocate daily tasks for plumbing workers.
• Interpret plumbing drawings and oversee pipe, water and drainage installations.
• Monitor construction quality, progress, and material usage.
• Enforce site safety rules for the team.
• Coordinate with engineers and other trades, providing regular site updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a plumbing foreman on building construction sites.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing construction drawings.
• Strong team leadership and on‑site problem‑solving capabilities.
• Conversational English; basic Swahili preferred.
• Familiarity with construction site safety standards.

Required skills

• Plumbing system installation.
